Women often fall behind in forming their network than men. Moreover, here we are talking about the network of professionals; people who will help you in upskilling, reskilling and getting that dream offer! Men tend to quickly form network based on mutual benefits, while due to their empathetic nature, women fall behind on forming relationships based on benefits. A crucial factor of women who have been successful in the software industry is the network they built for themselves. 2. The visibility

Visibility is not a new factor for success, but in the case of women, the research shows that they often undervalue their skills and competences. Demonstration of low confidence is definitely not getting you the dream position you have been waiting for! So, step up your game and make yourself visible.
